Registration Fee includes:

  • Access to the scientific sessions, poster area and commercial exhibition
  • Welcome reception: Wednesday 24th 19:30-22:00h (light refreshments at the congress venue)
  • Coffee and lunch breaks (at the Congress venue)
  • Congress documents (Congress bag, scientific program and related publications)
  •  Joint EPC-ESGE Workshopand Postgraduate Course From Bench to Bedside on Wednesday (when managing you registration you can choose if you intend to attend any of them)

 

EPC Evening (Friday 26th)

20:00h.

You can sign up for the EPC Evening when managing your registration on the platform. EPC Evening is not included in the registration fee.
Location and price information will be published as soon as possible.
If you have already processed your registration for the congress and want to register for the dinner, you must send an email to info@epc2026.com

 
Cancellation and Name Change Policy
– All cancellations should be submitted to D Event Tourism ( congress@devent.com.tr ).
– For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before January 5, 2026, 10% of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after January 5, 2026.
– Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
– Sponsor companies must have made all their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.

The following rules shall apply:

Name changes: they will cost €50 (VAT included). Name changes must be made within the same quota. Name changes may be made up to 10 days before the start of the meeting, they will not be processed from that date.

Cancellations: Refunds will be made one month after the Meeting.
