Registrations Fees

VAT 20% included in all fees.
(*) Reduced for members of EPC and IAP

 
Registration Fee includes:

• The online registration system will open on January 2, 2026.
• Access to the scientific sessions, poster area and commercial exhibition
• Welcome reception: 24th June 2026, Wednesday 19:30-22:00h (light refreshments / Location details will be published as soon as possible)
• Coffee and lunch breaks (at the Congress venue)
• Congress documents (Congress bag, scientific program and related publications)

 
Cancellation and Name Change Policy
– All cancellations should be submitted to D Event Tourism ( congress@devent.com.tr ).
– For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before March 2, 2026, 10% of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after March 2, 2026.
– Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
– Sponsor companies must have made all their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.

The following rules shall apply:

Name changes: they will cost €50 (VAT included). Name changes must be made within the same quota. Name changes may be made up to 10 days before the start of the meeting, they will not be processed from that date.

Cancellations: Refunds will be made one month after the Meeting.
