1) When will I be able to register for EPC’26 ?
Registration is now open!
– You can check our registration page for your individual reservations.
– You could email to congress@devent.com.tr for your sponsorship registration or group registration requests.
– Once you send an email, D Event (PCO)’s professional team will assist you to get registered as soon as possible.
2) When are the various registration deadlines?
– All participants should submit their abstracts by December 31, 2025 23:59 (GMT+3).

4) How do I receive my registration confirmation?
Confirmation mails are sent to the email address provided during the registration process. If you did not receive your confirmation mail, please contact to congress@devent.com.tr
5) Do I need a visa to come to Turkey? / I need a letter in order to obtain a visa. Whom do I contact?
If you have registered for the congress, you can request a participation letter for your visa application via e-mail ( congress@devent.com.tr ).

8) What is the EPC’26 Refund Policy related to paid registration fees in the case of conference cancellation?
– All cancellations should be submitted to D Event Tourism ( congress@devent.com.tr ).
– For cancellation of registration, accommodation, transportation and/or any sponsorship made before January 5, 2026, 10% of the total amount paid and any probable bank transfer charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
– No refunds will be granted for any cancellation after January 5, 2026.
– Refunds for cancellations made before this date will be paid to the accounts notified via bank within 60 days from the start date of the organization.
– Sponsor companies must have made all their payments before the event. 10% interest rate will be applied over the total invoice amount for each monthly delay that may occur in payments.
The following rules shall apply:
Name changes: they will cost €50 (VAT included). Name changes must be made within the same quota. Name changes may be made up to 10 days before the start of the meeting, they will not be processed from that date.
Cancellations: cancellations may be made up to 30 days before the start of the meeting, giving the right to a refund of the amount paid, except for €60 (VAT included) for administrative costs. From that date on, they will have 100% expenses. Refunds will be made one month after the Meeting.

12) How can I get my congress participation certificate?
Your participation certificate will be sent to your e-mail address in PDF format within 1 week after the meeting is over.
13) How can I get the congress book?
Congress book book will be published on the meeting website in PDF format as soon as possible after the course ends.

2. Please review your data at the Speaker Ready Desk and check whether all the data is shown properly.
3. Even if you use your own laptop, you are required to check your presentation data at the Speaker Ready Desk and bring your laptop to the technical desk in your session room, 2 hours prior to the session starts. Following the conclusion of your session, we will return your laptop at the operation desk.
4. The Speaker’s Ready Desk will be open at the scientific program dates and times. Speakers are required to present their information at least 1 hour before the session starts.
